The primary legal basis that we intend to use for the processing of your data is for the performance of our contract with you. The information that we collect about you is essential for us to be able to carry out the services that you require from us effectively. In order to deliver our services to you effectively we may share your details with companies to which we hold a close association as follows:
• Your Partner / Spouse (only when drafting Wills for 2 People, often referred to as Mirror Wills). In the case of us drafting Wills and or associated documents for couples (for example, Mirror Wills), we may share any data provided to us by a member of that couple with the other member of that couple. Should a member of a couple wish to be discreet about their documents, they can request we amend the Joint-File to 2 x Single-Files instead;
• Bank House Wealth Ltd (a company registered in England under Company Number 08695533 and whose registered office is at 7 Portesbery Road, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 3TA);
• Safeguard Legal Support Service Ltd (a company registered in England under Company Number 08695533 and whose registered office is at 7 Portesbery Road, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 3TA);
• True Potential Wealth Management LLP (a company registered in England under Company Number OC356611, whose registered office is Newburn House, Gateway West, Newburn Riverside, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 8NX and who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under FCA registration number 529810) as well as other third parties such as those that we engage for professional compliance, accountancy or legal services.
Additionally, we may sometimes contract with third parties and where it is necessary to share your personal data with such third parties we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, our obligations, and the obligations of the third party under the law.
To fulfil our obligations in respect of prevention of money-laundering and other financial crime we may send your details to third party agencies for identity verification purposes.

During the course of our relationship with you we will retain personal data which is necessary to provide services to you. We will take all reasonable steps to keep your personal data up to date throughout our relationship.
