The Estate Planning Practitioner, Kirsten, gave me a brief call once I booked the Will writing service to confirm a telephone appointment slot. Kirsten followed this up with an email confirming the time and date of the telephone appointment, and what information we would need to hand. On the day of the call, Kirsten called promptly and introduced herself to both myself and my partner. We discussed that we wanted in our mirror wills,and Kirsten offered advice and suggested options that were perhaps not in my thoughts at the time. Kirsten remained friendly and we never felt rushed or obliged to sign up to anything beyond what we wanted. We needed a follow up call to confirm a small amount of missing information, and again, Kirsten was on time and much more relaxed and friendly. Perhaps the initial formality has passed so we just felt more at ease.
At the end of the call, Kirsten advised what would happen next, and whe we could expect draft wills. Again, I have received an email to confirm all above and what I need to do nexr.
We agreed to sign up for Proffessional Storages and unlimited Updatessevuce, as this was very reasonable in price and ensures that the wills are lodged with the National Will Register
