Estate Planning Practitioner (Self-Employed)

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for experienced Estate Planning Practitioners to join our 5-star rated national Will writing, Estate Planning and Financial Services business.
As a self-employed consultant, you will primarily be working from home and will be located within England or Wales though are welcome to work from our offices also if the commute is viable for you.
You will primarily be providing advice to both new and existing clients on Wills, Trusts and Lasting Power of Attorney documents along with introductions to our Financial Services team as appropriate.
All appointments are pre-booked into your diary and are conducted primarily by telephone though video-conference appointments may be required at times. Additionally, if clients are local to you you can of course meet them at their home should it suit both parties.
Demonstrable experience is required with full training and support provided on an ongoing basis. You must also be able to demonstrate a consultative attitude with the primary goal being to listen to our clients and share advice as appropriate. The point being that the client may feel they know best on how to structure their Will but often there is a more appropriate way for their Will to be drafted in an alternate manner and in these eventualities, you would need to be able to present this to them and explain why, based on your conversation with them, understanding of their circumstances and their wishes.
